Each Party ('Receiving Party') shall keep the confidential information of the other party ('Supplying Party') confidential and secret, whether disclosed to or received by the Receiving Party. The Receiving Party shall only use the confidential information of the Supplying Party for performing the Receiving Party's obligations under the Agreement. The Obligations of this clause shall not apply to any information which:-

2.1.5 was developed by the Receiving Party who had no direct access to, or use or knowledge of the Confidential Information supplied by the Supplying Party; or

2.1.6 is required to be disclosed by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.

2.2 Removal of data
UserConversion Ltd retains the rights at all times to remove any data including tests and require the Client to delete immediately on request any locally held copies of the same, should UserConversion Ltd in its absolute discretion believe that personally sensitive information about one of the testers has been revealed.

Please note that UserConversion Ltd collects different sets of information dependant on whether the user is a website tester or a client. The types of information we may collect are:

- name;

- email address;

- company name;

- country of residence;

- other demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests;

- other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers;

- computer information such as operating system, browser information and resolution;

- psychographic information such as interests;

We don't keep payment information - this is handled through SagePay secure servers.
